Followed a link on the internet for the steps. I had to uncheck Steam VR theatre mode, switch to the Oculus Beta branch, and add '-oculus' as the launch parameter. In Oculus PC app, I increased the resolution slider to 1.5x (5048 wide - native Quest 2 resolution) and 90 Hz. I have now succeeded bigtime. I choose Euro Truck simulator 2. the game will start on your monitor not in your VR. In your oculus rift you only can see the game is loading. because VR is only working when you are driving.
